Cinéclub - Discussion - Père et Fils (2006) [Father and Sons]

To mark the 10th anniversary of his death, the Alliance Française d'Ottawa (AFO) is presenting a series of three films featuring this great actor who left his mark on the history of French cinema.« Père et Fils (2006) » [Father and Sons] Léo (Philippe Noiret) is an older man neglected by his sons David, Max and Simon. Afraid of dying before he has a chance to reunite Max and David, Léo pretends to have a serious illness in order to trick his sons into joining him on a trip to Quebec.After the screening, there will be a discussion led by Maurice Graffin, our in-house film expert and member of the board of directors of the AFO. Maurice is a retired teacher who has long been involved in the world of cinema.
